    ODESSA — A local entrepreneur is opening a new restaurant in downtown Odessa. Nate Lathrop opened 410 Burgers at 206 W. The high school's Future Business Leaders of America chapter will be hosting a Fireworks stand in the parking lot of Odessa Foods behind the gazebo, 112 West First Avenue.     ODESSA - Local high school alumnus and former foreign exchange student Mirgul Omurzakova is raising money for a primary school she is building in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
