    DAVENPORT—A Department of Transportation construction project expected to bring 15-minute delays to travelers on Highway 2 between here and Reardan will now begin Thursday, May 5.     HARRINGTON—A footrace was required for Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office deputy Jon Evans to detain a suspect breaking into Johnson Family Towing last weekened. Evans responded to a call of a break in at Johnson Family Towing outside of Harrington Thursday, April 28 about 8:15 p.m, according to a release from Sheriff Wade Magers.
