    DAVENPORT—An owner of a pet will soon be liable for damages caused to other’s property by that pet in city limits, city council declared in a unanimous decision at council’s meeting Wednesday, Sept. 14. Council approved an ordinance amending the city municipal code by adding Chapter 8.06, which will say that the owner of any unruly pet that causes damages to fences or other personal property will be liable, according to a state RCW.
