The parts department at Odessa Trading Company has been awarded the 2011 Pinnacle Award, which was presented to OTC General Manager H.P. Carstensen and Parts Department Manager Ted Suchland July 3 by Greg Gresty, Case IH Territory Sales Manager. Also on hand for the presentation was James Hudson, Case IH Manager of Field Service Operations.
The award is the outcome of the Pinnacle Footprint strategy from Case IH, a self-assessment program developed to drive dealer improvement in each of four departments: Operations, Parts, Service and Sales.
