Dennis Bly retirement party to be held in Davenport

After 11 years as a Lincoln County Commissioner, Dennis Bly is retiring at the end of the year.

The public is welcome to join him and his colleagues to wish him all the best on Wednesday, December 12, from 1- 3 p.m. in the Commissioners Chambers at the Courthouse, 450 Logan Street in Davenport.
