OMHC will be locking its doors earlier in the day

Odessa Memorial Healthcare Center will be locking doors sooner.

Recently a facility wide Risk Assessment, conducted by Odessa Memorial Healthcare Center's Liability Insurance Company, has recommended that OMHC to ensure we are providing a safe and secure environment for our patients, residents, visitors and staff.

Starting April 1, 2013, every evening all doors will be locked at 7:00 p.m. We have buzzers at both the front door of the Hospital and the Emergency Room Entrance that will alert staff if you need to enter the facility after 7:00 p.m. Doors will unlock at 5:00 a.m. for the Hospital and 5:30 a.m. for Quail Court. On weekends, all exterior doors will remain locked unless it is a main entrance. The Administration Building, Clinic, and Physical Therapy doors will remain the same and be unlocked at 8:00 a.m. and locked at 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and locked on the weekends.
