According to Damon Pistulka, Transmessis Columbia Plateau (Odessa’s biodiesel facility, formerly IEO) started crushing canola and making biodiesel December 4. The first load of canola meal was shipped December 5, and the first load of biodiesel has been made and is now awaiting shipment.
