O-H Titans gets split in home double-header vs. Curlew

The Titans held tough until late in the game against Curlew on Saturday at home in Odessa, but Curlew scored six runs late for the victory, 11-1.

Brad Johnston was solid at the plate for the Titans. He went 2-4 and scored one run, singling in both the first and seventh innings.

Three players combined for four hits and five runs batted in early in the game. The outcome was never in doubt after the third inning, as Curlew scored two runs on an RBI double and a sacrifice fly. Another two runs were added in the fourth. A bases-loaded walk scored a run to start the inning.
