Monday, April 7: Two responding deputies determined that a false hold-up alarm had been activated at Davenport's AmericanWest Bank branch.

No injuries were reported from a collision involving two vehicles at Morgan and Seventh streets in Davenport.

A caller reported a burglary at a residence on Fisher Road East in the Reardan area. Jewelry, collector plates, CDs, stereo items and family heirlooms were said to be missing.

Odessa Police assisted local school personnel with an "unruly" student.

Odessa Police rescued a local woman's cat who had gotten stuck in "a very tall tree" near East May Avenue.

Tuesday, April 8: Deputies responded to a report of an argument involving residents of the Lakeview Terrace mobile home park adjacent to SR 174.

Wednesday, April 9: A Creston man reported his tires had been slashed in the 100 block of SE Railroad Street.

Odessa Police investigated a littering complaint in the 300 block of Division Street.

Thursday, April 10: Lincoln County felt the effects of a statewide interruption in 911 service, but not as severely as Stevens and Spokane counties.

Davenport Elementary School personnel requested assistance with a student who was described as "out of control."

A Davenport High School student was reported missing for a time after leaving campus for an appointment with a counselor that had been cancelled. She eventually was located and returned to her mother's custody.

Loud music and the sound of gunshots disturbed a Tanner Lake area resident who observed a pickup truck with two Davenport High School students.

A Davenport area resident reported an incident of telephone harassment involving a tool supply company.

Lincoln Hospital personnel treated a man who had been bitten in the hand by a dog.

Responding to Emerson Park, Wilbur ambulance personnel assisted a man experiencing chest pains.

Friday, April 11: An Odessa man told dispatchers several small items, including a battery tester, were missing from property adjacent to Apache Pass Road.

A Seven Bays resident reported an "aggressive" pit bull dog had "tried to get (him) in a yard" at Lake View

Cove.

Headed to Lincoln Hospital, Davenport ambulance personnel transported a 64-year-old Davenport woman who had lost consciousness while inside her Maxwell Street residence.

A Wilbur woman told local police someone took money from her bank account.

Saturday, April 12: Wilbur ambulance personnel and Almira EMTs assisted a 37-year-old woman with a history of heart problems who was having breathing difficulties.

Deputies responded to a residence on Laney Brothers Road in the Lamona area after receiving reports of a verbal dispute involving a husband and wife.

Ag Enterprise in Wilbur reported the theft of a pump left near the intersection of Speigle Canyon and Wyborney roads.

Deputies were summoned to the Spring Canyon area where a 35-year-old man was threatening to take his own life. He was transported by ambulance to Coulee Medical Center.

Damage was reported to a car while its owner was camping at Crab Creek near Rocky Ford Road.

A shop on Oestreich Road in the Harrington area was reported burglarized.

Deputies responded to the Sprague Lake area after a domestic violence report involving a husband and wife who were returning from Northern Quest casino in Airway Heights. The incident was referred to Airway Heights Police and Spokane County Sheriff's deputies.

Odessa Police investigated a report that someone dumped hot ashes into a paper towel dispenser at the Grange Supply outlet on West Railroad Avenue.

Reardan Police dealt with an unwanted man who refused to leave property in the 500 block of East Broadway when requested.

Sunday, April 13: Deputies assisted National Park Service officers responding to a narcotics incident in the Hawk Creek area.

A Sprague boy reported he had been harassed and stalked in town and at school.

Deputies investigated a theft incident involving two boys in Harrington.

JAIL BOOKINGS

April 8: Michael W. Brimberry, 42, Creston, arrested by Lincoln County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) on three counts of possession of a controlled substance.

April 10: Clinton J. Bacon, 45, Spokane, held under contract with Washington Department of Corrections.

Jamie L. Gendron, 33, Nespelem, arrested by LCSO on an Okanogan County warrant for driving while under the influence and while license suspended.

Ronald W. Johnson, 24, Tekoa, arrested by LCSO for driving while license suspended and an ignition interlock violation.

April 11: Tomas O. Rios, 51, Brewster, confined five days by the court for driving while license suspended.

Tony H. Piper, 29, Chattaroy, confined two days by the court for driving while license suspended.

April 12: Monica L. Lara, 25, Lamona, arrested by LCSO for violating a no-contact order.

Tyson J. Heath, 24, Nespelem, arrested by LCSO for driving while license suspended.

Civil Judgments

Spokane Teachers Credit Union, of Liberty Lake, was awarded a $10,570.70 default judgment against James C. and Maria N. Bellotti to cover money still owed on a vehicle purchased in 2012 after it was repossessed and sold by the petitioner.

A Plus Auto Almira, Inc., of Almira, must pay $2,654.35 in tax obligations from November 2013 to January 2014 to the Washington State Department of Revenue.

New Criminal Cases

Cody James Craft, 26, Spokane Valley, is charged with first-degree burglary, theft of a firearm, possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of a stolen firearm in connection with break-ins March 27-30 at the home of his grandparents on Bay View Court in Seven Bays. A sheriff's report noted that National Park Service officers found the accused asleep in a 1994 Ford parked at Fort Spokane campground; the vehicle was reported stolen by a Greenacres, Wash., resident.

Sharyl Lyn Huntley, 53, of Ephrata, is charged with trafficking in stolen property, first-degree possession of stolen property and second-degree criminal trespass in connection with incidents from July through September 2013 and January 2014 involving copper wire, metal tools and a 1930s-model truck taken without permission from properties in Wilbur, Creston and Odessa and recovered at a Wilbur residence after Reardan Police made a traffic stop in Reardan of a vehicle that was described as "full of copper wire." Huntley was a passenger in that vehicle, driven by Thomas V. Boutiette, Jr., 45, also of Ephrata, who was charged in February with first-degree theft, taking a motor vehicle without permission and first-degree trafficking in stolen property.

Richard D. and Sylvia A. Jarvies, on behalf of two minor children, seek a domestic violence protection order against Joseph A. Fliehman. All parties are Creston residents.
