Stay Young

(To be sung to the tune of Rawhide)

Strollin’- strollin’- strollin’.

Movin’ - movin’ - movin’.

Walkin’ - walkin’ - walkin’.

Stay young!

Keep walkin’ - rollin’ - movin’

Though your joints may be disapprovin’.

Keep them joints a movin’,

Stay young!

Through rain and wind and weather,

Hell bent to get better.

Wishin’ my gal was by my side.

With all the things I’m missin’,

Good vittles, lovin’, kissin’

Are waitin’ at the end of my exercise.

Movin’ in, headin’ out,

Walk about, movin’ on,

Movin’ on, headin’ out,

Stay young!

Cut it out, ride the bike,

Ride the bike, take a hike.

Stay young!

Keep movin’, movin’, movin’

Though your joints are disapprovin’.

Keep that body movin’

Stay young!

Don’t try to understand it.

Just walk, stretch and move it.

Soon you will be movin’ real fine.

Your heart will be palpitatin’.

Your true love will be waitin’,

Be waiting at the end of your excerise.

Stay young, stay young!
