Avista is relinquishing Odessa office space May 1

Spokane, Wash. – April 11, 2017. As of May 5, Avista is relinquishing the space it has been leasing in Odessa, which includes removing the company sign from the building located at 8 E. First Ave. Avista’s local service representative, a resident of Odessa, will remain based in the town.

“Although Avista will no longer have a physical location, we are as committed to meeting the energy needs of our customers in Odessa as we have been for well over 95 years,” said Kelly Donohue, Avista’s district manager for Lincoln County. “With our local service representative Sam Mullins being a resident of Odessa, the space is no longer needed for company operations. He will continue working out of the town to serve customers in the area.”

Customers can report and track an unexpected power outage in Avista’s Outage Center at avistautilities.com and on a mobile device or tablet. Customers also can sign up to receive outage alerts by text or email. Outages can also be reported by calling Avista at 800-227-9187. Payment can also be made online anytime, day or night.
