FBLA state conference sees 33 OHS students

Odessa High School's chapter of Future Business Leaders of America celebrated FBLA Week with many fun activities. The highlight of the week was the Northeast Region Winter Conference, where 33 students competed for a chance to move on to the state competition this April. Congratulations to those who placed:

1st in Social Media Campaign: Josie Westmoreland, Kaya Curo and Ceianne Mankel.

1st in Graphic Design: Kassidy Crossley and Brenna Carstensen.

1st in Business Ethics: Joshua Clark, Jaden Hunt and Marcus King.

2nd in Public Service Announcement: Emma Caler, Brady Walter and Keith Strebeck.

2nd in Client Service: Josie Westmoreland.

3rd in Emerging Business Issues: Tori Weishaar, Maddy Wagner and Maddie Scrupps.

3rd in Broadcast Journalism: Megan Shafer, Destiny German and Emma Caler.

4th in Business Ethics: Noah Anderson, Theron Schlomer and Colton Hunt.

4th in Electronic Career Portfolio: Lane Lobe.

4th in Job Interview: Megan Shafer.

5th in Job Interview: Colton Hunt.

5th in Public Service Announcement: Tim DeWulf, Jakob Starkel and Colton Messer.

5th in Electronic Career Portfolio: Kiegan Wehr.

6th in Emerging Business Issues: Jayd Jennings, McKennah Davison and Brenna Carstensen/Pilot Weishaar.

6th in Public Service Announcement: Ireland Luiten, Kenadie Elder and Caitlyn Schuh.
