Second semester honor roll

ODESSA – At Odessa Jr.-Sr. High School, a student must have a grade-point average of 3.50-4.00 to be on the honor roll, and honorable mention requires a grade-point average of 3.25-3.49. Grade values are based on the state transcript requirements and are as follows: A=4.0, A-=3.7, B+=3.3, B=3.0, B-= 2.7, C+=2.3, C=2.0, C-=1.7, D+=1.3, D=1.0, F=0.0.

High school

Six OHS seniors achieved a 4.0 grade-point average: Kaya Curo, Tim DeWulf, Nicholas Larson, Jett Nelson, Maddie Scrupps and Pilot Weishaar. Joining them on the honor roll are Colton Messer, Emma Caler, Katreace Boss and Keith Strebeck. Kaden Haase received honorable mention.

In the junior class, Nathan Carstensen, Alyssa McKinney and Chloe Winkler achieved a 4.0 GPA, joining Emma Schmidt, Emily Scrupps, Charleigh Cornett, Drew Hardung, Kaedin Schorzman, Nathan Melcher and Daeton Deife on the honor roll. Honorable mention was awarded to Hayden Miller.

Sophomores Yvette Davey, Zane Hamper-Rosman, Laela Hardung, Collin Martin, Ashlyn Neilsen and Grace Nelson achieved a perfect 4.0 as they joined Kaytlyn Shafer, Austin Iverson, Joshua Valverde and Gage Starkel on the honor roll.

Members of the freshman class Zach Claassen, Austin Read, Jacob Scrupps and Destiny Wiles received a 4.0 GPA, joining Hayden Schuh, Dakota Steward, Melloney Deife and Jared Valverde on the honor roll. Chad Strebeck and David Strode were awarded honorable mention.

Junior high

In 8th grade, Holden Iverson, Mackenzie Lutz and Viet Tran all achieved a 4.0 GPA and joined Kathryn Finch, Corbyn Neilsen, Reegan Carstensen, Sean Widger, Lily Starkel, Casen Watson and Levi Hardung on the honor roll. Honorable mention went to Kenzy Kuchenbuch and Bo Walter.

In 7th grade, the honor roll consisted of Hudson Watson, Kieu Tran, John Melcher, Troy Hardung, Alexis Eden and Aiden Schmierer. Devin Nelson, Angeline Phillips and Rebecca Bramer received honorable mention.
