Nov. 14

Traffic stops: 11

A front entrance burglary alarm was reported.

A Davenport woman from Cottonwood Springs Apartments said her neighbor told her that her dogs were vicious, and he would kill them.

A Davenport woman provided additional information in a trespassing case on Johns Rocky Way.

A juvenile problem was reported at the school in Reardan.

A Davenport woman reported a car crash outside her house on Seventh and Maxwell Streets.

Airway Heights Police said a person was trespassed from Northern Quest Casino that said they would be hitchhiking through Lincoln County toward Grand Coulee.

A caller reported a Chevy traveling all over the roadway on Highway 2 at milepost 260.

Traffic stops: 3

A Department of Transportation worker said someone broke into a janitorial closet at Telford Rest Area.

A worker at Kickin Koffee in Reardan said a woman came through the drive-thru and had an infant laying on the passenger seat.

A sudden death was reported.

A Sprague woman reported an issue with her ex-boyfriend on Oehlschlaeger Road.

A caller said a man was walking around a gas station for several hours.

A Davenport woman reported a deer in the middle of a road that had been hit.

A Spokane woman requested a welfare check on her friend staying at Hog Lake Campground with her boyfriend.

Lincoln County Probation requested three drivers checks and criminal histories.

Nov. 16

Traffic stops: 3

A caller said his stepmother took his father’s items and moved them out of the house when his father left for work.

A case number was requested for information at the Reardan School.

An Odessa man reported a suspicious vehicle with an occupant taking videos of his house.

A juvenile problem was reported at the school in Reardan.

A caller said his neighbor was crazy.

Nov. 17

Traffic stops: 5

An injured deer was reported just outside Odessa.

A youth in possession of tobacco was reported at the school in Reardan.

A possible driver under the influence was reported eastbound on Highway 2 eastbound at milepost 254.

Nov. 18

Traffic stops: 8

A pig in a roadway was reported.

A Lincoln County Jail inmate was transported to Lincoln Hospital for an X-Ray.

Property was found at the school in Reardan.

Illegal dumping was reported on Sand Road outside Govan.

Multiple abandoned vehicles were reported at a residence on the 800 block of Park Street in Davenport.

A residential burglary alarm was reported going off on the 100 block of East Spokane Avenue in Reardan.

Davenport School District staff said they obtained a letter from a student with mental health issues, and the letter contained hateful information about another student.

A caller said her travel trailer was at her ex-boyfriend’s uncle’s house and they wouldn’t allow her to come get it.

A minor car crash was reported at Eighth and Maxwell Streets in Davenport.

Trespassing was reported on the 800 block of Park Street in Davenport.

A possibly homeless person was reported at Doxie’s Diner in Wilbur.

Nov. 19

Traffic stops: 9

A caller said his neighbor accidentally locked herself out of her house on the 35400 block of Arm View Lane east of Creston.

A caller said her husband found a wallet in the snow.

A Davenport woman said her neighbor owns a large dog that had been barking all day and pushing into their shared fence on the 900 block of 14th Street.

A suspicious vehicle was reported going east toward Lamona.

A State Patrol officer requested a deputy meet with her and Reardan Police to discuss a wildlife investigation concerning a possible illegal elk kill.

Nov. 16

Cynthia Sue Pagano, 55, Spokane. Arrested by Washington State Patrol on a charge of driving under the influence.

Nov. 18

Todd Edwin Miller, 50, Wilbur. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of second-degree motor vehicle theft.

Criminal docket-Nov. 15

Andrew Christopher Nilles, who is charged with first-degree burglary, fourth-degree assault and third-degree malicious mischief, had a readiness hearing set for Dec. 20 and a jury trial set for Jan. 11.

Damion M. Pegram, who is charged with third-degree assault of a law enforcement officer, third-degree assault of a healthcare worker and second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, was found mentally competent to stand trial. A readiness hearing was set for Dec. 13 and a jury trial was set for Jan. 4.

David James Buck, who is charged with attempting to elude a police vehicle and motor vehicle theft, had a readiness hearing set for Dec. 20 and a jury trial set for Jan. 11.

Charlene Alberta Patenaude, who is charged with second-degree assault, displaying weapons capable of producing harm and third-degree malicious mischief, failed to appear for a readiness hearing. A warrant was issued for her arrest with bail set at $5,000.

Crystal Ann Jones, who is charged with motor vehicle theft, waived her right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for Jan. 17 and a jury trial was set for Feb. 15.

Jonathan Lee Villaro, who is charged with first-degree robbery, harassment and displaying weapons capable of producing harm, entered a not-guilty plea. A readiness hearing was set for Jan. 10 and a jury trial was set for Feb. 1.
