Dec. 12

Traffic stops: 7

A caller said his wife was missing after suffering “mental distress.”

A Davenport woman said she heard someone yelling near Phase II Hair Design.

Dec. 13

Traffic stops: 3

ADT reported an alarm going off at Frontier Title & Escrow in Davenport.

An Odessa man said he encountered an elderly man that didn’t know where he was.

A Davenport man said he lost his wallet near the local pharmacy.

A man said his neighbor was causing problems by plowing nearby roads and blocking several residents in their driveways.

A caller said his neighbor plowed in his mailbox. The caller said he wanted to call the Sheriff’s Office before taking his tractor and pushing the snow back onto his neighbor’s property.

A caller said her sister took her three-week-old child to run errands and wouldn’t give the child back.

A Reardan woman said her son was assaulted.

Spokane County transferred a call from a Seattle man stating he heard from a woman that said she was stranded near Sprague.

Dec. 14

Traffic stops: 6

A caller reported a 75-year-old woman that suffered a short fall.

The State Department of Corrections reported a parole violation on the 1200 block of Park Avenue in Seven Bays, noting a rifle was found in the bedroom of the parolee.

A caller said he was having a dispute over a pool table with a man in Spokane.

A CPS referral was made on the 700 block of Merriam Street in Davenport.

A dead dog in the road was reported on the east end of Reardan.

A car crash was reported on Bennett Road and Sunset Highway east of Davenport.

A caller said he wanted a vehicle removed from the city street in front of his house where he liked to park.

Traffic stops: 1

An Odessa man reported a pile of property in the middle of Batum Road off Highway 28 he believed was stolen.

A courtesy ride was given to a youth from the school in Reardan to the end of North Ritchey Road.

A case number was requested for a problem at Reardan High School.

A suspicious vehicle at the grain elevators in Mohler was reported.

Traffic stops: 1

A Davenport woman reported a dog on the loose near 14th and Maxwell Streets.

A Davenport man reported a motorcycle rollover crash on Highway 2 at milepost 260.

A CPS worker requested a welfare check on two children on the 400 block of Fourth Street in Sprague.

A caller requested a welfare check on his uncle in Wilbur, whom he hadn’t heard from since Christmas last year.

A caller from Odessa Memorial Hospital said an employee found a razor blade with a blue substance on it.

A disabled pickup truck was reported on Highway 2 at milepost 242.

A caller said a man was pounding on her door and asking if she was home.

Traffic stops: 7

A caller reported a silver pickup truck with poor lane travel westbound on Highway 2.

A 61-year-old female reportedly suffered a short fall.

State Patrol reported a car off a roadway and on its side.

A caller said a man and woman were slumped over in the front seat of a truck parked at Telford Rest Area with a baby in a baby seat in the back.

A caller said a van kept driving up to their residence and the driver had twice knocked on the door.

A caller said she possibly had packages get stolen from her residence on the 31400 block of Aspen Lane in Hawk Creek.

A caller said a Walmart semitruck was sliding on a hill on Miles-Creston Road.

A vehicle in a ditch was reported.

A possible driver under the influence was reported on Highway 2 at milepost 242.

A potential domestic violence situation was reported on the 300 block of West Fourth Street in Harrington.

David James Buck, 27, Spokane. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on a charge of taking a motor vehicle without permission.

Mandy Arlene Waters, Wilbur, driving under the influence. Sentenced to 60 days in jail with credit for three days served, 60 days of electronic home monitoring, a $1,500 fine, 36 months supervised probation and 24 months unsupervised probation.

Mandy Arlene Waters, Wilbur, driving under the influence. Sentenced to 27 days in jail concurrent with above sentence in separate DUI case.

Brandon Phillip Searles, Sprague, fourth-degree assault/domestic violence. Sentenced to 24 hours of community service.

Osvaldo Rodriguez Cruz, Soap Lake, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to three days in jail, 24 hours of community service, a $150 fine, six months supervised probation and six months unsupervised probation.

Marie Kristina Morgan, Wilbur, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to two days in jail, 16 hours of community service, a $150 fine, six months supervised probation and six months unsupervised probation.

Jonathan J. Anderson, Grand Coulee, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to three days in jail.

Barney Harrison Snow, Burley, third-degree driving with a suspended license (dismissed) and failure to transfer a title within 45 days. Fined $250.

Ashley Anne High, Seven Bays, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to six months supervised probation, six months unsupervised probation and a $250 fine.

Isaac K. Bessette, Omak, driving under the influence. Sentenced to five days in jail with credit for five days served, a $1,000 fine, 36 months supervised probation and 24 months unsupervised probation.

Charlie Joe Craig, Grand Coulee, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Case dismissed.

Charlie Joe Craig, Grand Coulee, two counts of fourth-degree assault/domestic violence (one count dismissed) and third-degree malicious mischief/domestic violence (dismissed). Sentenced to 24 days in jail with credit for 24 days served and 24 months supervised probation.

Todd Jack Porter Jr., Medical Lake, failure to transfer a title within 45 days. Fined $250.

Tanya C. Ramirez, Sprague, first-degree driving with a suspended license and reckless endangerment. Sentenced to 90 days in jail with credit for 20 days served, 45 days of electronic home monitoring, 12 months supervised probation and 12 months unsupervised probation.

Sergey V. Kostenyuk, Colbert, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to two days in jail, 16 hours of community service, a $250 fine, six months supervised probation and six months unsupervised probation.

Richard Clinton Acosta, Issaquah, driving under the influence. Sentenced to 10 days in jail, a $1,000 fine, 36 months supervised probation and 24 months unsupervised probation.

Criminal docket-Dec. 13

Larry Quincy Bronson Jr. was convicted of first-degree stolen property trafficking and was sentenced to 25 months in jail and 25 months probation.

Amos Mathew Staggs was convicted of possession of a stolen vehicle and second-degree possession of stolen property and was sentenced to three months in jail.

Joel Terry Bourne, who is charged with residential burglary, scheduled a change of plea hearing for Dec. 27.

Damion M. Pegram, who is charged with third-degree assault of a law enforcement officer, third-degree assault of a healthcare worker and second-degree unlawful firearm possession, waived his right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for April 11 and a jury trial was set for May 3.

David James Buck was convicted of attempting to elude a police vehicle and motor vehicle theft, was sentenced to six months in jail and was ordered to pay $2,878 in restitution to Seth Millhorn and $3,446.43 to the Spokane Tribe.

Casey Christopher Lattanzi, who is charged with second-degree robbery, second-degree theft, second-degree assault and motor vehicle theft, entered a guilty plea and will be sentenced Jan. 31. Bond was lowered to $10,000 cash.

Todd Edwin Miller was convicted of second-degree taking a vehicle without permission and sentenced to 12.75 months in prison and 12.75 months probation.

PROPERTY TRANSACTIONS

600 West Sage Drive in Odessa sold from Joseph R. Dalrymple and Kimberly C. Dalrymple of Mccall, Idaho to Max Allen Greenwalt and Vanessa Jo Greenwalt of Odessa for $325,000.

Land in Lincoln County sold from Ramona Martin (Bentz) and Joni F. Wishaar of Wilbur to Lance O’Leary of Tacoma for $100,000.
