Traffic stops: 27

An Odessa woman said she saw a car broken down near the King Ranch feed lot off Coyote Heights Road.

A Davenport woman called about several dogs running loose and causing problems to her property.

A commercial alarm was reported going off at Sapphire Cannabis in Sprague.

An Odessa woman said she saw a few people looking inside her home.

A caller said she had an issue with a Facebook interaction.

A Davenport woman reported a pickup truck with its lights turned on near the corner of Main and Seventh Streets.

Two dogs were found on Gunning Road outside Davenport.

A one-vehicle rollover crash was reported on Highway 2 at milepost 219 west of Wilbur.

A possible driver under the influence was reported on Highway 2 westbound from Reardan.

Traffic stops: 14

A caller said her friend called her, but didn’t talk on the phone.

A 911 call said either two dogs or a person and a dog fell through the ice on Long Lake.

Lincoln County Probation requested four criminal histories for filings.

A Davenport woman said she was following a possible driver under the influence on Highway 25 at milepost 10.

A caller asked for law enforcement to check on her daughter at the Safeway Apartments in Davenport.

Traffic stops: 6

Reardan Police transported one youth to Davenport for an appointment.

A Lincoln County Public Works employee reported two semitrucks hauling hay stuck in a field off Zagelow Road near Odessa.

A Davenport man said his neighbor’s car was blocking an alleyway.

A Davenport woman said a man tried to kill her from a black SUV parked near her apartment.

The Department of Transportation reported a possibly disabled vehicle on Highway 25 near milepost 8.

Traffic stops: 7

A Davenport man reported two horses in the road on Cottonwood Creek Road just west of Rambo Road.

A Harrington man reported a car crash on Highway 28 at milepost 125.

A Reardan man reported an abandoned vehicle in the county courthouse parking lot.

A Ritzville man reported six cows loose on Harrington-Tokio Road.

A civil issue was reported on the 500 block of West Elm Street in Almira.

A Sprague woman asked for help with her dogs at another man’s house in the city.

U.S. Bank reported an alarm going off at the branch in Reardan.

Spokane County officers said they were en route to pick up a local man who posted bond on Lincoln County charges.

A Grand Coulee woman said she heard someone fall into the side of her trailer at Lakeview Terrace.

A car on fire was reported on I-90 at milepost 252.

A Davenport woman reported an ongoing issue with mail theft.

An Edwall man said a six-year-old child tried to run away from Davenport Elementary School.

A vehicle lockout was reported at Conoco in Wilbur.

A Wilbur man said someone opened a fraudulent bank account in his name.

A caller reported a possible driver under the influence on Highway 231 near Crescent Road.

A caller said her grandmother was throwing a fit.

A Davenport woman said her neighbor’s dog was “on the loose again.”

Traffic stops: 8

A Davenport man said he locked his keys inside his running car.

A problem with a youth was reported at Sprague High School.

A Grand Coulee woman said her neighbor wouldn’t give her B.B. gun back.

A civil standby was reported on Railroad Avenue in Reardan.

An Odessa woman asked if someone could check on her rental house to see if someone was camping inside.

Damage to a Sheriff’s Office patrol vehicle was reported.

A Reardan man reported trespassers on Addington Road south of Alexander Road.

A caller requested a private tow for his truck that had a failed transmission on Highway 21.

A suspicious vehicle was reported in Davenport.

Traffic stops: 14

An Almira woman said her neighbor yelled at her because her dog was pooping in his yard.

A caller said she received a call from a man claiming to be the lieutenant of the Reardan Police Department and for her to give him her phone number and banking information.

An unsecure premise was reported in Davenport on Fourth and Ross Streets.

Jan. 19

Billy David Eicher, 63, Sandpoint. Arrested by Washington State Patrol on a charge of driving under the influence.

Jan. 20

Darian Walter Dalton, 25, Airway Heights. Airway Heights detainer.

Eric Shane Laducer, 42, Spokane. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on charges of driving under the influence and an ignition interlock violation.

DISTRICT COURT

Criminal court-Jan. 19

Christopher Gregory Noel, Spokane Valley, third-degree driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without a license. Case dismissed.

Brad Scott Lanier, Whitefish, driving under the influence and reckless endangerment (dismissed). Sentenced to 14 days in jail, 60 hours of electronic home monitoring, a $1,500 fine, 36 months supervised probation and 24 months unsupervised probation.

Monica Gaye Joseph, hometown not listed, first-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to 164 days in jail, 12 months supervised probation and 12 months unsupervised probation.

Billy D. Eicher, Sandpoint, driving under the influence. Sentenced to three days in jail, a $1,250 fine, 36 months supervised probation and 24 months unsupervised probation.

Valeriy V. Suprun, Spokane, third-degree driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without a license (dismissed). Sentenced to 12 months supervised probation and a $350 fine.

Cheree Ann Utecht, Tonasket, third-degree driving with a suspended license amended to no valid operator’s license and operating a vehicle without a license. Sentenced to two days in jail, 16 hours of community service, a $300 fine and 12 months supervised probation.

Jason Michael Lehmann, Sprague, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to 16 hours of community service, a $300 fine and 12 months supervised probation.

Criminal court-Jan. 17

Tammara Michelle Perrin, who is charged with motor vehicle theft, waived her right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for Feb. 21 and a jury trial was set for March 15.

Blake Jacob Culp, who is charged with motor vehicle theft, waived his right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for Feb. 21 and a jury trial was set for March 15.

Charlene Alberta Patenaude, who is charged with second-degree assault with a deadly weapon, displaying weapons capable of producing harm and third-degree malicious mischief, will have her case resolved in District Court. A readiness hearing was set for Feb. 21 and a jury trial was set for March 15.

Crystal Ann Jones was convicted of interference with a person performing official duties and was sentenced to 26 days in jail.

Ashley Anne High, who is charged with two counts of second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, waived her right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for March 14 and a jury trial was set for April 5.

Petra Thomas Cook, who is charged with second-degree assault of a child, second-degree criminal mistreatment and fourth-degree assault, had his hearing continued to Jan. 31.

Jury trial-Jan. 19

Rodney Dean Denley, who is charged with second-degree theft, third-degree malicious mischief and disturbing a survey monument, had a mistrial declared after the jury couldn’t reach a resolution. A status hearing to set a new trial date was set for Jan. 31.
