DHS FBLA partners with business

Group assists 3C Creations

DAVENPORT - Chloe Hammond, Selah Hupp and Tatum Hupp, co-chairs of the high school FBLA Chapter Partnership with Business projectm have partnered with 3C Creations, a local custom printing business.

Since the partnership began in November, they have formed goals to help 3C Creations. Their main goal is to increase the business's social media following on Instagram and Facebook. Another goal is to lay the foundation of their social media presence and promote through those applications.

As part of their partnership with 3C Creations, the co-chairs learned aspects of social media, how to increase engagement, how to advertise a business and how a small business operates. With the co-chairs efforts with owners Micah and Carmelyn Choate, the business has seen a drastic increase in their engagement on social media since the formation of the partnership.

The co-chairs and all FBLA members toured the business as well as learned from the owners and Alex Rinaldi, who is doing his internship with them, on all facets of their small business.

They learned about overcoming challenges, believing in what you are doing and being generous with the opportunities they have been given. Members were able to create and customize products. T

he partnership co-chairs and FBLA chapter said they're very thankful for Micah and Carmelyn Choate giving them the opportunity to learn and grow about entrepreneurship and small businesses.
