A suspicious vehicle was reported on the 100 block of First Street in Sprague.

Illegal dumping was reported on the 49700 block of Williams Lake Road outside Sprague.

A caller reported a black truck and trailer swerving across lanes and moving slowly.

A Davenport woman said she saw a girl walking down Indian Creek Road not dressed for weather conditions.

A caller said he saw a pickup truck doing doughnuts in the Almira School parking lot.

A disabled vehicle was reported off Highway 2.

An Odessa woman said she saw a flashlight in the backyard of a man who had been transported to the hospital that day.

A caller said his son was three hours late for curfew and when confronted, punched the caller in the face.

Traffic stops: 10

A Reardan woman said two suspicious men were waving down cars between Tramm Road and Highway 2.

A Penske truck failing to yield on Highway 2 outside Reardan was reported.

A citizen was contacted at Broadway Avenue and Oak Street in Reardan.

An Odessa woman reported a young woman in shorts walking down Highway 28 10 miles outside town.

A caller requested a welfare check on his mother.

A Davenport man reported a stolen stop sign.

An animal problem was reported on the 300 block of Fourth Avenue in Odessa.

March 26

Traffic stops: 10

A stolen vehicle was reported coming from Ritzville into Lincoln County.

A welfare check was requested in Odessa.

A caller said his little sister was being harassed.

A caller said he believed he lost his pistol at the Porcupine Bay boat launch.

A one-vehicle non-injury crash was reported.

A Davenport man reported a bonfire on 12th and Washington Streets.

A medical alarm was reported going off for an 89-year-old female.

March 27

Traffic stops: 0

A caller requested a welfare check on his daughter in Harrington, whom he said he hadn’t heard from after she went on vacation.

A local man said he lost a pistol in a field two years ago.

A caller requested a civil standby to retrieve his relative’s items from his deceased father’s residence.

A courtesy ride was given in the Mill Canyon area.

A white Subaru Outback was repossessed.

A Wilbur man asked for a woman to be trespassed from his residence.

March 28

Traffic stops: 6

A BNSF Railroad employee said a trespasser was found on a train.

A jail inmate was transported from Spokane County to Lincoln County.

Lincoln County Probation requested criminal histories for five people.

An Odessa man said a truck was blocking the road in front of the local hospital.

Suspicious activity was reported on the 51100 block of Piper Lane north of Reardan.

A D.W. Excavating employee said he was passed on Highway 2 in Reardan traveling toward Davenport.

A caller said her daughter ran away from her home in Spokane and could be in Lincoln County.

A civil dispute was reported in Reardan.

A Davenport man said a suspicious number was texting him claiming to have found his lost cat.

A caller reported a recklessly driven Toyota westbound on Highway 2 from Airway Heights.

An Odessa woman said she wanted her daughter removed from her house for yelling and screaming at her and the family pets.

A caller asked for police to “get these idiots outta here” in reference to children who lived across the street from her.

A smoke detector going off was reported.

State Patrol said a Four Lakes woman was arrested for driving under the influence and needed to be booked.

A caller said he had an argument with his wife and couldn’t get a hold of her.

A front door alarm was reported at Wonder Mini Mart in Wilbur.

An unsecured door was reported on the 100 block of C Street in Sprague.

A Davenport man said he ran out of gas and needed help.

A delivery truck attempting to deliver a large package was reported at the Dept. of Transportation office in Davenport, with no one answering the door.

Papers were served to a woman on the 200 block of Second Street in Harrington.

Papers were served to a man on the 35100 block of Miles Creston Road outside Davenport.

A caller reported a reckless driver in Reardan.

State Patrol requested a warrant for a DUI suspect.

A Davenport man said his security cameras were picking up an unusual amount of activity at his neighbor’s house on the 900 block of 14th Street.

A disabled vehicle was reported, but it was people taking pictures on the side of the road.

A one vehicle crash was reported.

An alarm was reported at the County Courthouse in Davenport.

Traffic stops: 32

A local man said he wanted to know what to do with firearms that were damaged in a fire.

A caller said he saw a man kick his dog several times.

A disturbance was reported near the intersection of Fishtrap Road and Old Sprague Highway Road.

A man with a Dept. of Corrections felony warrant was found on the 500 block of Main Street in Davenport.

A caller said a motorcycle was speeding down Highway 174 toward Wilbur.

A possible driver under the influence speeding over 80 mph was reported.

John Andrew Long, 45, Moses Lake. Arrested by LCSO on charges of second-degree criminal trespassing, third-degree driving with a suspended license and an out-of-county misdemeanor.

March 29

Reyna Pahua Talavera, 22, Four Lakes. Arrested by Washington State Patrol on charges of reckless endangerment, third-degree driving with a suspended license and driving under the influence.

Peter Michael Rosman, 54, Wilbur. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of fourth-degree assault and interfering with reporting domestic violence.
