    By ERICA WHITMORE The Halloween Carnival on October 30 had the largest attendance since 2009; the community center was packed with kids in costumes, and parents, grandparents, and visitors coming in for a delicious burger. The FFA had two new additions this year, freshly-made cotton candy and the football toss. Kids were awarded prizes for their efforts.
