    The classroom of Kindergarten/first grade pupils taught by Taunya Sanford spent the month of March learning about how life begins. With the help of Linda Colbert, students put fertilized eggs into an incubator in the classroom and began the 21-day count to hatching. While waiting for the eggs to hatch, the children read books on chickens and completed journal activities documenting what was learned.     The Odessa Healthcare Foundation’s 25th Annual Wine Tasting, Microbrew Sampling and Auction is right around the corner. The Foundation has generously agreed to help Odessa Memorial Healthcare Center this year with the purchase of a new organization-wide telephone system, and also with the purchase of a commercial refrigerator and related plumbing specifically for Quail Court.
