    On Sunday, May 14, Odessa's Heritage Church honored Delores Cook as its long-time church organist. She has been playing for as long as anyone can remember. She started playing the piano at five years old and eventually added the organ to her skill set. Delores Schorzman married Delbert Cook on October 15, 1949 and became a member of the church in 1951.     Monday, May 29, the Odessa Veterans of Foreign War Post #7395 and the Odessa American Legion Post #105 will perform Memorial Day services at 10 a.m. at the hospital and 11 a.m. at the Odessa Cemetery.     BOISE, Idaho – The Bureau of Reclamation has awarded four Water Conservation Field Services Program grants in the Pacific Northwest Region. The program provides technical and financial assistance to irrigation districts and other entities with water-delivery authority to develop and implement water conservation measures.
