    Odessa Memorial Healthcare Center would has welcomed Ryan Carpenter to the Physical Therapy Department. Carpenter was born and raised in Moses Lake, with family in and around Odessa. His mother is Lori Zeiler Carpenter. He spent much time in the area, visiting his grandparents and other relatives, the Libsacks.     Friday from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. the Harrington Food Bank dispensed five tons of food at the Harrington Nazarene Church while God's Closet at the Harrington Community Church also had a good turnout and a great turnover of clothing which will allow their staff the space to put out a new supply of clothing that had been held in reserve.     Jean B. Parr (92) of Harrington, passed away Tuesday morning, September 1, 2015 in Davenport. Born in Reardan to Homer and Clara Kennedy on February 22, 1923, Jean moved to Odessa at a young age and graduated from Odessa High School. On November 6, 1941 in Odessa, Jean Kennedy's life took a lifelong turn when she married Robert Parr of Harrington.     As of 10 a.m. Tuesday morning, Ferry County evacuation levels were reduced. There were no longer any Level 3 evacuation areas.
