Letters to the Editor; Bolyard/ Dent race heats up

To the Editor:

I love my right to vote! We can pick the people with the most toys, the most money, the most friends. Or we can pick the person who understands the issues and knows how to work through them. Dani is one of those. I will not preach her issues as you can find those online. What I will say is she cares about this country and wants to make sure everyone is held accountable for their actions, including herself. She has promised to never vote on a bill without reading it and listening to our concerns. Dani is not narcissistic enough to think she has all the answers. She is willing to talk to the people to see if we can come up with a better solution together. She is well informed on the issues in the district and can cite facts and other relevant information without having to reference anything first. As a person who knows Dani, I am confident Dani will not be coerced, bought or steam-rolled. She will defend our constitution, her constituents and our freedom. We as voters need to feel confident in who we elect. I hope you join me in voting for Dani Bolyard.

To the Editor:

Tom Dent’s mission and platform is very clear to me. His wide views of the concerns we face in the 13th District, like water, agriculture, family & health care, not to mention, education funding solutions and small business are very important issues for the citizens. With his leadership skills and his ability to work with the opposition, I believe he has the integrity, energy and experience it takes to be heard in Olympia. That is why I’m voting for Tom Dent for 13th District Representative, Position 1.
