Broadcaster Tom Sherry of KREM 2 News in Spokane presents the week's award to Odessa students Trevor King, Briette Boss, Brianna Johnson and Elizabeth Larson.

Editor's note: Other than the final score, no other information on the Pateros game was available to the newspaper prior to press time.

Despite having no stats for the game it was an interesting evening for both teams, as Toyota awarded the Titans a check for $222. Toyota sponsors broadcaster Tom Sherry's Tailgate Forecast program on TV's KREM 2 News. During the week KREM selects two finalists for the week and asks people to vote for them online. The school with the most votes gets their game that week covered live.

The Titan's game against Pateros was up against Lake City High School in Coeur d'Alene. The Titans won. Each school in the game that is broadcast wins $222 from Toyota.

Odessa student body president Trevor King and the Titan cheerleaders accepted the check on behalf of the Titans and then turned it over to Pateros to help them rebuild following this past summer's devastating wildfire that almost wiped out the entire town.
