Odessa students named to honor roll for first semester

A student must have a grade point average of 3.50 to 4.00 to be on the Honor Roll, and Honorable Mention requires a grade point average of 3.25 to 3.49. Grades are based on state transcript requirements and are as follows: A=4.0, A-=3.7, B+=3.3, B=3.0, B-= 2.7, C+=2.3, C=2.0, C-=1.7, D+=1.3, D=1.0, F=0.0.

High School

Senior class: Carsen Weber and Thorsen Wehr each had a perfect 4.0. Other seniors on the honor roll are Jenna Shafer, Garrison Schmierer, Tyler Paris, Paige Alloway, Sam Schafer, Trevor King, Katelyn Worley, Daviane Minaker and Steven Braun.

Dakota Largent received honorable mention.

Junior class: Stacia Lesser had a 4.0. Others on the honor roll were Katie DeWulf, MaKayla Baird, Briette Boss and Caleb Singer.

Receiving honorable mention were Max Greenwalt, Alexis Burdick, Casey Schlomer and Hunter Bramer.

Sophomore class: Elizabeth Larson had a 4.0. Rebecca Fortner, John DeWulf, Wyatt Haase, Colby Sooy, Molly Schafer, Zoe Clark, Chance Messer, Keisha McNeil, Lukas Marshall, Aaron Gies and Brad Johnston were also named to the honor roll.

Cole Kissler received honorable mention.

Freshman class: Hannah Sheldon, Kiegan Wehr, Danielle Tebow, Colton Hunt, Jayd Jennings and Noah Anderson were named to the honor roll.

Honorable mention went to Thomas Parham and Maleah Davison.

Junior High School

8th grade: Tori Weishaar, Megan Shafer and Kassidy Crossley made the honor roll.

Honorable mention went to Theron Schlomer, Evan Gonzales and Brenna Carstensen.

7th grade: Ireland Luiten had a 4.0. Other honor roll students are Camden Weber, Ryan Moffet, Eric Johnston, Maddy Wagner, Mya Boss, Kameron Martin and Caitlyn Schuh.

Honorable mention went to Joshua Clark, McKennah Davison, Marcus King, Jaden Hunt, Makayla Nelson and Trenten Zyph.
