USDA inspector to give talk on food safety at library

The Odessa Public Library is hosting a brief presentation by Richard Molsbee, Odessa’s USDA Food Safety Inspector, on Saturday, February 21 at 4 p.m. Richard is the inspector for the local meat processing plant and for Voise Sausage.

As a consumer safety inspector, Molsbee will give a short talk on the basic safety elements of handling food and meat safely in home meal preparation. A question and answer period will follow the presentation and informative handouts will also be provided.
