Also needed for Deutsches Fest: Someone to manage the kitchen in the community center. The volunteer crew has already been scheduled to work. The manager’s duties include setup for the day, dealing with any problems encountered and then closing down each evening. Keeping track of inventory is also necessary.

Fundraising opportunity: The Sunday morning slot for serving breakfast is open for any civic group that might like to take it on. The PTO will not be serving breakfast this year. The Girl Scouts serve the Friday breakfast and the Odessa Lions Club...
