Jeffery David Hardt, 57, passed away at his home in Otis Orchards on September 16, 2015.

Jeff was born in Odessa to Al and Ruth Hardt on March 4, 1958. Jeff graduated from Odessa High School in 1976 and from Spokane Community College in 1978 from the auto body program.

Jeff worked for many years as a car salesman in the Spokane area and many times was honored as top salesman. Jeff enjoyed playing golf, reading, and most of all spending time with his son Derek, who was his greatest joy in life.

Jeff is survived by his son Derek Hardt of Spokane Valley, his sister Myrna Thomas of Hartline, his nieces Nicole (Estephan) Garza, Kimberly (Rob) Fancher, Melissa Thomas (Tim Bryan) and Lindsey (Luke) McCluskey and nephews Shawn Hardt, Jeremy (Liz) Logue and Jason Thomas. He is also survived by his great nephews Jesse (Kimberly) Garza, Anthony and Logan Fancher, Hunter McCluskey, Avery and Conner Logue and great niece Jesslyn McCluskey.

Jeff is preceded in death by his parents, his brother Ron Hardt, sisters Janet Hayes and Cheryl Logue and great nephew Nathan Garza.

A celebration of Jeff's life will be held Sunday, November 8, 2015, at 1 p.m. at North 101 Evergreen, in Spokane Valley. Please join Jeff's family for refreshments and to share your favorite memories of him.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 520 Pike Street, Suite 1075, Seattle WA 98101.
