A student writing contest is being hosted by the English Skills Lab and the William C. Bonaudi Library for fall and winter quarters of the 2015-16 academic year.
The judges are looking for academic essays or research papers, poems, plays or song lyrics, or short fiction and non-fiction, according to Dawnne Ernette of the English Skills Lab.
Submissions will be accepted through March 31, 2016. The contest is open to all currently enrolled BBCC students, Ernette said.
