Quilters from the northwest converged upon Odessa Monday in the community center to share ideas, make new friends and reconnect with familiar faces as they completed personal projects and learned new techniques.
Quilt Til You Wilt took place Monday in the Odessa Community Center with many kinds of activities and presentations going on all day long. By noon approximately 80 of the expected 100 or so visitors to the event had arrived and set up their work stations on the community center's long wooden tables. Sewing machines hummed, conversation and laughter came from all parts of the room and those present appeared to be fully engrossed in the art of quilt-making.
