Scott Hutsell to lend state Public Works Board

OLYMPIA, Wash. – Governor Jay Inslee has appointed Scott Hutsell to serve as chair position of the Washington State Public Works Board. Hutsell, a lifetime resident of Washington, currently serves as a Lincoln County Commissioner and was first elected in 2008. He has owned his Davenport-based business for 30 years.
