Noxious weeds need to go

Noxious weeds on lots within the town limits need to sprayed or hoed out to keep them from spreading. Koshia in particular is growing like crazy right now, and this is a good time to take care of it. The Town of Odessa has an enforceable ordinance mandating that property owners rid their land of noxious plants. If the problem persists, the Town will notify property owners by letter that they are not in compliance.
