INCIDENT LOG

Editor’s note: Most items in this section reflect the starting point for response by local police and emergency agencies. The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office does not release names of individuals who report possible criminal or suspicious activities to dispatchers or alleged victims for this column.

Monday, Nov. 20: Responding to the 500 block of South B Street, Sprague ambulance personnel assisted a woman suffering a diabetic reaction.

Odessa ambulance personnel assisted an elderly woman who fell.

A 15-year-old boy needed assistance after he doubled over with severe abdominal pain and breathing problems while at Davenport High School.

A caller observed two men in motorcycle gear where they perhaps didn’t belong – banging on something inside a shop building adjacent to Zeimantz Road near Odessa.

High winds were believed responsible for the appearance of doors being kicked in on a building in the 300 block of South Colfax Street in Sprague.

Odessa ambulance personnel transported a woman who fell and possibly broke her wrist to the local hospital.

Deputies located a 15-year-old Harrington boy who left home after an argument with his father.

Tuesday, Nov. 21: Two women requested a deputy’s assistance in dealing with an unwanted individual at their residence on Skyview Place East in Lincoln.

Attempting to turn around at the Mcabee Cemetery near Sprague, a semi-truck managed to leave tire tracks in the grass and hit a tree.

Dispatchers took a harassment report from a Sprague caller.

A Creston area caller advised that a neighbor’s pig dug up the lawn of a residence on Wild Turkey Lane.

A woman in Sprague reported receiving a threatening text message.

A Davenport caller expressed concern about a woman taking photos of a residence and parked vehicles in the vicinity of the 800 block of Twelfth Street.

Wednesday, Nov. 22: Odessa ambulance personnel assisted an 84-year-old woman who fell and suffered a hand laceration to the local hospital.

A large tree branch fell onto SR 231 in the Reardan area and blocked traffic for a time.

A caller requested an ambulance for an 80-year-old woman, recently released from the hospital, who appeared disoriented and confused in Creston.

A two-vehicle collision resulted after someone ran a stop sign at the intersection of SRs 21 and 28 in Odessa.

Odessa Police responded to a report that a cat survived being shot with a BB gun in the 300 block of South 2nd Street.

Thursday, Nov. 23: A collision involving a vehicle and deer was reported near the intersection of SR 28 and Nemo Road.

Friday, Nov. 24: BNSF Railroad reported a large group of trespassing hunters driving pickup trucks on its property adjacent to Doerschlag Road near Sprague.

Firefighters from Davenport and Egypt responded to a report of a vehicle ablaze adjacent to SR 25 about 11 miles north of Davenport. Also involved were fire personnel from Deer Meadows and Seven Bays.

A deputy checked out a report of a trespasser caught on a game camera while walking on property adjacent to Star Barn Road North near Davenport.

A man reported that a red SUV drove by him fast and honked the horn while he was riding a bike and walking his dogs in the vicinity of Miles Creston and Deer Meadows roads.

A Creston caller reported the theft of a 1997 Ford Explorer from the 300 block of NE Foster. It was subsequently located in a ditch along SR 25.

Saturday, Nov. 25: Deputies checked out a report of a possibly aggressive dog in the vicinity of the 900 block of Fourteenth Street in Davenport.

Sunday, Nov. 26: An ambulance was requested by Trader’s Express in Davenport after a man apparently fell from his vehicle and was run over by it.

JAIL BOOKINGS

Nov. 20: Dale Glenn Brigman, 54, Fruitland, arrested by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) for driving while license suspended and an ignition interlock violation.

Nov. 21: Adam Bronson Cain, 32, Everett, Wash., arrested by LCSO for fourth-degree assault.

Zachary A. Reisenauer, 26, Edwall, arrested by LCSO for third-degree assault of a child.

Nov. 22: Jerome Joseph McDonald, 22, Fruitland, arrested by LCSO for driving while license suspended and an ignition interlock violation.

Quentine R. McDonald, 20, Fruitland, arrested by LCSO for driving without a license.

Nov. 25: Marcie Ann Breshears, 32, Davenport, arrested by LCSO on an out-of-state felony warrant.

Nicholas Dan Henderson, 36, Davenport, arrested by LCSO for third-degree assault and failure to comply with a court order.

Nov. 26: David Richard Finley, 44, Inchelium, arrested by LCSO for driving under the influence.

From Nov. 20 to 26, seven individuals were held in the Lincoln County Jail under contract with the Washington State Department of Corrections, and one for the City of Airway Heights.

SUPERIOR COURT

Civil Judgments

Wells Fargo Bank won an $112,690.13 default judgment on Nov. 6 against the heirs of Thomas E. Hutsell, including Gail Hutsell and Melissa E. Hutsell, along with a foreclosure order involving property at 502 Sinclair Street in Davenport to satisfy the bank’s claim that $96,315.83 was owed on a $114,000 promissory note.

In a matter involving debt on a 1997 promissory note, Federal National Mortgage won a $77,651.25 default judgment on Nov. 7 against Tamela J. French that includes a foreclosure order for property at 345 North Aspen in Reardan. Besides French, the Lincoln County Noxious Weed Control Board and the Town of Reardan, both having liens on the property, also were listed as respondents.

Van Sickle Auto and Diesel Repair, of Davenport, must pay $652.62 in tax obligations for March and April of this year to the Washington State Department of Revenue.

Melody K. Ensor and Brandi L. Hager, doing business as Coffee 911 in Davenport, must pay $1,292.85 in tax obligations from Nov. 1, 2016, to June 30, 2017, and August of this year to the Washington State Department of Revenue.

Lyndsay Reyes and Alberto Reyes, doing business as Thirty One Gifts, independent consultant, in Odessa, must pay $1,672.95 in tax obligations from Jan. 1, 2015, through Dec. 31, 2016, to the Washington State Department of Revenue.

Blayne Timothy Foley, doing business as Foley Contracting in Harrington, must pay $1,060 in construction compliance penalties to the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries.

Juvenile Offender Disposition

Levi J. Brundage, 16, of Medical Lake, pleaded guilty Oct. 24 to two counts of second-degree vehicle prowling in connection with incidents on Christmas Eve, Dec. 24 of last year that left two Davenport School District buses and a Midland Electric utility truck with extensive damage mainly in the form of broken windows and mirrors. Prosecutors agreed to withdraw three counts each of second-degree malicious mischief and second-degree criminal trespass. His disposition, which will be transferred to Spokane County on Jan. 1 for supervision, includes nine months community supervision, 40 days detention (11 credited as served), $1,000 restitution to the Davenport School District and $565.24 to Midland Electric and a substance abuse evaluation and recommended treatment. He is prohibited from being on property owned by the school district and Midland Electric.

New Civil Cases

The court denied a request by Deanna Warren Dubois, of Davenport, for a protection order against Leonard Ray Thompson, Jr., satisfied that he would not resume acts of domestic violence against her.

Concluding that petitioner Jalie Ann Ferris failed to demonstrate sufficient basis for her request on behalf of a 6-year-old girl, the court declined to issue a domestic violence protection order against Corey James Crasswell, who lives in Grays Harbor County.
