FBLA students see result of hospital funding

The Odessa High School FBLA chapter had the privilege of touring the hospital along with Odessa Healthcare Foundation president Nancy Floether and hospital administrator Mo Sheldon. The purpose of the tour was to see firsthand the equipment and improvements that have been donated to the hospital as a result of the Odessa Healthcare Foundation's fundraising efforts. Members were impressed by the generosity of the organization and how expensive the medical equipment is to purchase. Some of the items, such as the X-ray equipment, the remodeled Physical Therapy department and improvements added to the Emergency Room, were items that the students had experienced using, and it was exciting to learn how they were funded.
