    HARRINGTON — The City’s only working well was showing signs of dropping below an acceptable level at press time, according to a message from Mayor Joe Armand Tuesday, June 11. That led to a plea from Armand to cease outdoor watering and limit indoor water use for residents in city limits. “Please stop watering immediately and take up extreme water conservation measures in our homes,” Armand said Tuesday.
