Patrick Valverde, 11, and Joshua Valverde, 6, show off their trophies from last weekend's off-road motorcycle events. Joshua came in 5th of 9 in the 8 and under category, and Patrick finished 7th out of 18 in the 9 to 12 year-old category.
Bike Week
The Stumpjumpers came back to Odessa this past weekend for their White Knuckle and Frostbite events held south of town near the Odessa Industrial Park. Some have stayed the entire week and others will return on the coming weekend for the 41st annual Desert 100 endurance race on Sunday. Several other events will take place Saturday.
