12 Titan thinclads qualify for state berths

The Odessa-Harrington Titan track and field teams, both boys and girls, took first place at the district meet held May 22 at Central Valley High School in Spokane.

A total of 12 O-H students qualified for the state meet to be held May 28-30 at Eastern Washington University in Cheney. Lanessa Simon qualified in four events, high jump, long jump, triple jump and pole vault. Casey Schlomer will compete in discus, javelin and pole vault. Colby Sooy qualified in shotput and discus.
