Terrea Lee Weishaar was born on March 31, 1953 in Odessa to Warren and Susan Weishaar. She passed away on September 4, 2016 in Spokane.

Before her illness set in, Terrea enjoyed outdoor activities. Competitive downhill ski racing and Nordic skiing were her favorite winter activities, and in the summer she spent her leisure time swimming and water skiing. During college, Terrea worked as a lifeguard and swimming instructor in Oregon where she attended Oregon State University.
