Mail delivery disruptions

Late papers and missing papers were reported to The Record in large numbers the past two weeks. Especially hard hit were the communities of Ephrata and Moses Lake. We are not sure what happened to those errant newspapers. They left our premises on Wednesday afternoon of both weeks, in time for the mail truck to take them to their next destination.

No names were removed from the database for late payment, since we ourselves have struggled to get our renewal notices out on time. We try our very best to provide ample notice to all of our subscribers before assuming that lack of payment means they...
