Correction

In last week's Deutschesfest supplement to The Record, we spelled the name of Biergarten chair Tami Smith incorrectly. She is also serving this year for the third time, not the second, and her co-chair (not vice chair) in Lindsy Starkel.

Also problematical in the supplement, Laura Estes reports in her Welcome to My Kitchen column (see page 3), is the apple strudel recipe we ran. She graciously sent us the recipe used by the Odessa Christ Lutheran Church for those of our readers who might like to try making it at home....
