Tigers 3rd in state; ACH gets top spot in Tacoma

In our wrap up of the football season last week, we neglected to mention that the Tiger boys received the third-place trophy in the state 1B football tournament. Lummi, the other team eliminated in the semi-final round also received a third-place trophy.

The two winning teams, Sunnyside Christian and Almira-Coulee-Hartline, faced off Friday, December 1, in the Tacoma Dome for the championship.

ACH	18	16	30	20		84

ACH dominated throughout the game and took home the state championship. The final score was 84-60.
