Special district-wide election Feb. 8

A petition by qualified district landowners has been filed and accepted by the East Columbia Basin Irrigation District (ECBID) Board to determine whether landowners of the ECBID would like to increase the number of Directors on the District’s Board of Directors from five (5) currently, to seven (7). If this measure is passed the District would be re-divided into seven (7) new Director Divisions. New Directors would be determined by the election in December, 2018.
