Only 7 Tigers compete in large T&F Spokane meet

The 2019 Nike-Van Kuren Invite was held Saturday, April 13, at Spokane Falls Community College. It was a very large meet with participating schools from eastern Washington and Idaho.

Participating teams were Almira/Coulee Hartline, Asotin, Bonners Ferry, Central Valley, Cheney, Clarkston, Coeur D’Alene, Colfax, Cusick, Davenport, East Valley (Spokane), Garfield-Palouse, Gonzaga Prep, Grandview, Joel Ferris, Kettle Falls, L.V. Rogers, Lake City, Lake Roosevelt, Lakeland, Lakeside (Nine Mile), Lewis and Clark, Liberty (Spangle), Lind-Ritzville, Logos, Mead, Medical Lake, Moses Lake, Mountain View (Idaho), Mt. Spokane, Newport, North Central, Oakesdale, Odessa, Priest River Lamanna, Pullman, Reardan, Republic, Riverside, Rogers (Spokane), Royal, Selah, Selkirk, Shadle Park, Shorewood, St George’s, Tekoa-Rosalia, Timberlake, Timberline (Boise), University, Valley Christian, Wapato, West Point Grey, Wilbur-Creston.

Only seven Tiger athletes made the trip to Spokane. The rest of the team were competing in the FBLA state leadership conference on the other side of the state.
