The children of Carol Evavold (former long-time resident of Odessa) hosted a 99th birthday party at View Ridge Care Center in Moses Lake where Carol now resides. The Evavolds celebrated with cake and ice cream and by looking through old photo albums and sharing anecdotes of the times when the family lived at Lakeview Ranch and of their many adventures through the years. Those in attendance were Max and Arlene Evavold of Sumner, Jon and Carol Jeanne Evavold of Mukilteo, Tom Evavold of Odessa, Anne Evavold Haase of Atlanta, Ga. and Steve Evavold and Rae Pearson of Seattle.
