Complete results of the November 5 general election are given below. In the Odessa races there were no upsets, and incumbents easily retained their seats.

Of the 7,434 registered voters in Lincoln County, only 4,182 or 56.26 percent had submitted ballots as of November 12, 2019. The election is scheduled to be certified on November 26.

Statewide measures

Referendum #88

The legislature passed Initiative Measure No. 1000 on affirmative action and remedying discrimination, and voters have filed a sufficient referendum petition on this act. Initiative 1000 would allow the state to remedy discrimination for certain groups and to implement affirmative action, without the use of quotas or preferential treatment (as defined), in public education, employment, and contracting.
