Lyla Alt-Oligher

Lyla Gilberta Alt-Oligher, 95, passed away April 16, 2020, in Kennewick, Wash. Lyla was born Oct. 16, 1924, in Reardan, Wash., to Joseph and Charlotte Wynecoop. Private family graveside services were held at Mondovi Cemetery, Mondovi, Wash. A Celebration of her life will be at a later date.
