DAVENPORT – After a long, long, long wait, seniors playing fall sports are finally prepping for a season after a year-plus long hiatus. Fall sports haven't been a go in Lincoln County since November 2019, leaving 15 months since locals and students have last enjoyed the "Friday Night Lights."
Athletes' emotions when reflecting on the new season range from excited, to relieved, to nervous, but all are hopeful and looking forward to getting back onto the field and court.
