INCIDENT LOG

Editor’s note: Most items in this section reflect the starting point for response by local police and emergency agencies. The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office does not release names of individuals who report possible criminal or suspicious activities to dispatchers or alleged victims for this column.

Only reports for March 22-24 were made available this week. The rest of last week’s reports will be included in next week’s incident log.

March 22

Traffic stops: 8

The manager of Cottonwood Apartments in Davenport reported strange smells and stains in an apartment after the renter was removed from living there.

An Odessa man said he lent his car to a girl in Moses Lake around March 12 and she hadn’t returned it.

A man came into the Sheriff’s Office and said his social security was used by someone else.

A Reardan man reported a vehicle lockout.

A Creston woman came into the sheriff’s office with two baggies of ammunition she wanted to dispose of but didn’t feel comfortable doing herself.

A man came into the sheriff’s office requesting an inspection on an abandoned vehicle.

A Davenport woman requested a welfare check on a resident living on the 400 block of Ross Street.

March 23

Traffic stops: 18

An emergency inspection for living conditions was requested on the 900 block of Adams Street in Davenport.

A caller said that hackers received her information and told her she needed to send them money to prevent anyone from getting more of her information. She said she went to the Davenport Safeway and bought two Target gift cards totaling $1,000.

A Reardan woman said her husband was violating his court order by trying to call and FaceTime her and contacting her friends trying to get information about her.

A Sprague woman said her blue heeler was shot early that morning.

A Davenport man said his wife wouldn’t give him his mail, which included his W-2 and stimulus check.

A Davenport woman reported a green Chevy pickup erratically driving quickly and passing poorly.

A 911 hang-up call came in. A female voice could be heard saying “I’m done, let me go.”

March 24

Traffic stops: 7

A caller reported dangerous dogs at a residence in Sprague.

A woman came into the sheriff’s office to report a lost firearm.

A Davenport man said his twin sons had run away from his residence on the 36300 block of North Hawk Creek Road. He believed they had gone to their mother’s residence, also on Hawk Creek Road.

March 22

Reggie Mark Boyd, 26, Wellpinit. Arrested by the Reardan Police Department on a charge of third-degree driving with license suspended or revoked.

March 24

Franklin Scott Clark, 34, Davenport. Arrested by the Odessa Police Department on a charge of third-degree malicious mischief/failure to appear.

Criminal court: March 25

Dustin Allen Littlejohn, Zillah. Third-degree driving with a suspended license. Found guilty. Sentenced to one day in jail and eight hours of community service to be completed by June 1.

Mark Allen Haase, hometown not listed. Fourth-degree assault. Found guilty. Sentenced to two days in jail and 18 hours of community service. The two days in jail must be completed by June 1.

Dustin Maxwell Dice, Spokane. Third-degree driving with a suspended license. Found guilty. Sentenced to two days in jail. Jail report date: April 9.

Karina Dawn Craig, Bridgepord. Marijuana possession under the age of 21. Case dismissed by prosecutor.

Civil/Domestic Docket: March 23

William Elsworth Taylor vs. Karissa Ann Taylor. Regarding marriage dissolution. Set trial. Pre-trial conference set for June 2. Trial set for June 17-18.

Carol Mayumi Frost vs. Wayne Allen Frost. Regarding marriage dissolution. Motion to compel. Mr. Frost paged by court administrator with no response. Court granted petitioner’s motion to compel. The respondent has three weeks to provide discovery, after which the petitioner’s attorney Jane Brown can set a hearing.

Katherine Gail Anderson vs. Jason Dewayne Tilson. Regarding the parenting plan of a child. Show cause/contempt. Court gave Tilson 30 days to change his 2020 tax return or he will be sanctioned. Tilson’s motion for contempt not served and stricken. Court denied a restraining order. Tilson to attend counseling and follow the parenting plan. Respondent is restrained from petitioner’s place of employment.

Ariel Winona Tidwell vs. Dylan Michael Borden. Regarding marriage dissolution. Restraining order. Tidwell requested a continuance to April 16, which was granted.

Jeremiah Christian Koeller vs. Marissa Lynn Koeller. Regarding marriage dissolution. Presentation of order. Mr. Koeller didn’t agree to orders presented by attorney Victoria Iverson. He wasn’t to pay attorney fees or spousal maintenance. Iverson said she provided wrong orders and will correct to the right orders. Orders were signed in judge’s chambers with both parties present.

Criminal docket: March 23

Joseph Mario Zamora, motion hearing to vacate felony conviction. Charged with possession of a controlled substance. Case dismissed.

Travis James Noble, motion hearing to amend judgement and sentence. Charged with two counts of second-degree burglary and two counts of second-degree vehicle prowling. Case continued to March 30.

Marlo Wayne Foster, status conference. Charged with harassment with threat to kill or induce bodily injury. Case dismissed.

Randy Erick Mace, readiness hearing. Charged with tampering with a witness and fourth-degree assault. Mace called in ready for a two-day trial beginning April 14.

Mark William Robinson, preliminary appearance. Charged with four counts of protection order violations with previous convictions. Right to a speedy trial waived. Readiness hearing set for May 4. Jury trial set for May 25.
