April 11
Traffic stops: 10
A woman called from the hospital saying she just left work and noticed a cone stuck under her vehicle that she couldn’t remove.
ADT Security in Melbourne, Florida reported that an alarm went off at a Lincoln County residence.
Washington State Patrol confirmed a warrant for Leon S. Rattler and said they’d be transporting him from Seven Mile Road in Spokane County.
A Spokane Valley man found a shattered phone on the side of the road on the bridge leaving Davenport eastbound on Highway 2 and brought it into the sheriff’s office.
A Davenport man reported a car collision with a power pole on Sunset Highway a quarter-mile west of Mondovi.
A Davenport woman said an elderly woman was driving and walking her dog with the leash out the car window on Seventh and Maxwell Streets. The caller said this woman looked grumpy so she didn’t want to say anything to her.
April 12
Traffic stops: 17
A caller in an undisclosed location complained that they’ve had signs stolen from their property multiple times.
A caller reported a vehicle vs. deer collision just east of Wilbur on Highway 2 around milepost 224. The person in the vehicle didn’t appear to be injured.
A Wilbur man said his brother died recently and his brother’s wife had been using meth in the house around her young children. The caller said he wanted to help the young daughters get out of the situation.
A Wilbur woman said a yellow pickup truck was speeding down Cliff Street.
A caller said he found two needles that he believed contained drugs in an undisclosed location.
A caller said his neighbors were trespassing on his property, saying they were driving on his driveway before driving across someone else’s property.
An Odessa man said his outdoor water malfunctioned and there was a spring of water popping up in his backyard.
An Edwall woman said her ex-boyfriend was refusing to return a child they have split custody of during the handoff between parents.
A Davenport man said two cars were racing westbound on Highway 2.
April 13
Traffic stops: 16
A lost horse on a roadway was reported.
Lincoln Hospital requested assistance for a patient that was hit in the head with a rake in Stevens County. The patient wanted to file a report.
A Grand Coulee woman said she was lost on her way home from a doctor’s appointment in Moses Lake at the intersection of Gieb Road and Highway 174. She added her car was acting up and that her doors wouldn’t open to let her out.
April 14
Traffic stops: 19
A Davenport woman said there was a bullet hole in her husband’s bedroom window, but they have been unable to find a BB, pellet or bullet anywhere in the room.
A Spokane Valley woman reported a vehicle pulling a trailer with no lights on it westbound on Highway 2 near Bennett Road.
April 15
Traffic stops: 4
A caller reported an SUV with a flat tire off the roadway.
A Spokane Valley woman reported a civil matter.
A Davenport man reported a barking dog.
An Electric City woman requested a welfare check on a Wilbur woman who had been making strange posts on Facebook after her husband died.
A Wilbur woman requested a welfare check on a woman that was supposed to meet her for lunch and wasn’t answering her phone or door.
A Wilbur man said his pontoon boat either came untied or was stolen in the last week.
Washington State Patrol in Airway Heights said an unsigned stolen vehicle was heading westbound on Highway 2 from Wood Road.
A Davenport woman said her neighbor’s pitbull had been barking for two days straight and was chained outside with no water on the 43000 block of East Green Canyon Road.
A Reardan woman requested assistance with a parenting dispute.
An Edwall woman reported someone was high and trying to flag down a ride to call 911 while walking around Edwall. The caller said she saw the woman 30 minutes ago at her residence, and at that time the woman was making statements about harming her grandmother.
A Davenport woman reported a suspicious Dodge four-door car driving back and forth on Highway 28 in front of her house. She said the man pulled into her driveway and claimed to be an insurance inspector.
A Lincoln man reported a man that drove into the caller’s residence in a U-Haul van and parked at his garage and began unloading items from the back of the van into the caller’s garage on the 41800 block of North Paradise Lane in Lincoln.
April 16

A Fall City woman reported a brush fire that got out of hand.
An Edwall man requested a welfare check on his girlfriend’s son, who she claimed was out of control in her home.
A Harrington man said he believed his father was being taken advantage of by a man involved in money laundering.
A Davenport man said solar lights were stolen from his father and sister’s grave sites at the Davenport cemetery. He said he noticed a windmill and solar lights were also taken from another grave site.
A caller reported that a kid broke a little girl’s skateboard near the Davenport skate park and took off.
A man called in screaming and yelling about an “old domestic terrorist who used to be a cop.”
April 17
Traffic stops: 12
A caller said he found a knife in one of his tires.
A Davenport woman said her neighbor had a fire and she could see the flames over the fence.
A Creston man said there were four-wheelers tearing up the area on the 36400 block of North Bachelor Flats Drive.
A Davenport man said he was walking his Australian Shepherd on 5th and Harker Streets when a woman drove up to admire his dog and questioned him about whether he was a local and supposed to have that dog.
A Davenport man said his boat was stuck on the rocks near Buoy 5 past Moccasin Bay.
A Davenport woman said someone had been on her pontoon boat and left beer cans scattered throughout on the 200 block of Marshall Street.
A Harrington man said his neighbor was burning trash in a burn barrel again.
A Sprague woman said she heard around six loud pops that could either be fireworks or gun shots.
A Davenport woman reported a dog barking nonstop at a house on the intersection of 6th and Washington Streets.

Michael Desautel Junior, 35, Nespelem. Arrested by the Department of Corrections on two counts of DOC detainer, two counts of making a false or misleading statement to a public servant and two counts of knowingly violating a domestic violence court order.
Leon Steven Rattler, 39, Spokane. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on a charge of driving under the influence.

McKayla R. Sherwood, 20, Wellpinit. Arrested by Kalispel Tribal Police on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael Desautal, Nespelem. Charged with third-degree driving with a license suspended. Case dismissed.
Michael Desautal, Nespelem. Charged with making a false statement to a public servant and violating a no-contact protection order. Deemed indigent. Sentenced to six days in jail with credit for six days served and 12 months supervised probation.
Pierre Walker, Spokane. Charged with DUI. Sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for 30 days served and ordered to follow a recommended treatment program. A follow-up hearing was scheduled for May 13.
Adrienna L. Walker, Omak. Charged with making a false statement to a public servant. Deemed indigent. Sentenced to 12 months supervised probation.
Alexandria Marie Shearer, Spokane. Charged with third-degree driving with a license suspended. Deemed indigent. Sentenced to 12 months supervised probation.
Michael Douglas Phillips, Spokane. Charged with third-degree driving with a license suspended. Deemed indigent. Sentenced to two days in jail, 16 hours of community service to be completed by July 1 and 12 months supervised probation.
Bryce D. Brown, Harrington. Charged with harassment/domestic violence. Sentenced to 16 hours of community service to be completed by July 1.
Scott Kody, Spokane. Charged with making a false statement to a public servant and third-degree driving with a license suspended. Suspended license charged dismissed, but found indigent on charge of making a false statement. Sentenced to one day in jail and 12 months supervised probation.
Quentine McDonald, Wellpinit. Charged with third-degree driving with a license suspended. Found indigent. Sentenced to one day in jail.

Tricia Le Jones vs. Wesley Marshal Jones, regarding a marriage dissolution. Child support modified. Monthly child support amount changed.
State of Washington vs. William Emil Hughes. Contempt hearing. Judge granted Hughes six to seven weeks to find employment. Case continued to June 8.
Deborah Jean Giannini vs. Daniel Aaron Giannini, regarding a marriage dissolution. Set trail. Respondent’s attorney disagreed with petitioner’s motion for a change of venue and objection to trial settings and asked the court to deny the motion.
Guardianship of James Edwin Ogden. Review hearing. Guardians did not appear. Court administrator directed to send a letter to the guardians.
Criminal docket-April 13
Benjamin Bryant Mace, who is charged with tampering with a witness, appeared for a readiness hearing. Judge moved to keep a May 5 trial and ordered Mace to appear in District Court April 14.
Jasmine Elizabeth Hernandez, who is charged with second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm with a previous conviction and second-degree burglary, appeared for a motion hearing to amend judgement and sentence. The court denied a motion to amend but then withdrew their ruling and continued the case to May 4.
Catherine Marie Herrman, who is changed with second-degree identity theft and three counts of second-degree theft, appeared for a readiness hearing. May 5 trial was struck. Herrman is going into 60-day treatment. Right to a speedy trial was waived. Readiness hearing is July 6 and jury trial is July 28.
Zack Jay Judge, who is charged with motor vehicle theft, appeared for a readiness hearing. May 5 trial struck. Readiness hearing set for June 1 and jury trial set for June 23.
Samuel Adam Rogers, who is charged with motor vehicle theft, failed to appear for a preliminary appearance. A bench warrant was issued with bail set at $5,000.
Quintin James Wright, who is charged with second-degree burglary and second-degree malicious mischief with damage exceeding $750, appeared for a preliminary appearance. Case continued to April 20. Defendant’s attorney stated Wright is homeless.
