Tiger girls hold off ACH, end season

At home in Odessa on Feb. 16, the Tiger girls had one last chance to place in the district tournament. By defeating Almira-Coulee-Hartline, they were able to move on to play for third and fourth place in Saturday's game at Jenkins High School in Chewelah.

The game started off well for the Tigers, as they built a comfortable lead by halftime. But the second half of the game saw an amazing comeback by the Warriors as they scored 38 points to Odessa's 22. It was not quite enough, however, and the final buzzer left the Tigers with a one-point lead.
